# What are the possible status of a document?

First status of a document will be always Pending, and then it can have 5 different status:​

**Signed**: When all signers have signed the document on time.​

**Revoked**: When one of the signers revoke the document.​

**Declined**: When one of the signers decline to sign.​

**Overdue**: When one or more signers don’t sign the document till the document overdue date.​

**Expired**: When the expiration date of the document its reached and that means is not a valid legal document anymore.
